I am an ACE Certified personal trainer and was a Platinum level instructor at Fitness First (Asia) for 5 years. I am also a certified yoga teacher. Prior to my finess career I was in professional boxing. Incorporating boxing in our lives gives us tremendous improvement in fitness and quality of life. I look forward to helping you lead a healthy life.
I love seeing the results that my clients can achieve theough their own hard work. I am onky there to supoort you and to see you grow and improve.
I began as a professional boxer and eventually moved into personal training which is a more sustainable career. Boxing remains an integral part of my training style for de-conditioned and conditioned clients.
I was a competitive Boxer. I am now a certified personal trainer and functional training specialist certified by ACE (American council on exercise).
