About Isaiah
After 15 years of boxing through USA Boxing, claiming countless state & regional titles, and being ranked amongst the best amateur boxers in the U.S., I would like to pass on my knowledge of boxing to anyone eager to learn. Whether that be using boxing to conquer personal fitness goals, learn some self-defense, or gain an interest in competing in the sport of boxing.
I have a geneuine passion for coaching the sport of boxing as well as helping individuals reach their personal fitness goals, with the help of boxing and strength & conditioning.
I have personal experience boxing for 15 years, I am USA Boxing coaching ceritified and have been for the past 2 years. I also possess an Associates Degree in Exercise Science as well as a Bachelors of Applied Science Degree in Organizational Leadership.

I like to analyze their fitness or competition goals related to sport of boxing. After that I discuss prices and training session times/availability. Then after that I design a program for my clients consisting of boxing training, strength & conditioning, and progressive overload.
