About Andre
i have trained in boxing and have a good understanding of the mechanics and MINDSET of fighting.
I focus on the complete body movement and physical conditioning of a fighter I will turn you into a lean mean killing machine.
We go over breathing techniques and body alignment and movement to create the most torque giving your punches the mot speed and power and how to be efficient with your energy so you can last long.
It it doesn’t matter how big they are when I train you you will be too powerful

I have been in over 80 life and death situations in our van I’ve never lost a fight I’ve trained in various martial arts and boxing with the world champions

I basically look at the body type that they have and I focus on what their strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats are I also undergo the interview process where I get to know their mentality and their psyche and their experience as far as physical exertion and fighting as a whole I collect all of this data and then I fully customize the best workout and training regiment for them to get the most results so they are not bored with the mundane and also began to fall in love with the quick results I get them to ship make sure that they stay as a clientele
