About Mary Ann
Get Hooked Fitness is located in a private residential home in Cleveland, OH. We offer both in studio and online boxing classes for women only. Classes are a half hour long, and we keep the classes small which allows us to focus on each client. There are less distractions and safer than a big box gym. We will teach you the proper way to throw a punch as well as increasing your cardio. Not only is boxing a physical workout but's it's also a mental workout. Your confidence level will increase, stress will decrease and you will feel such an amazing clarity after each class.
