My first process is to determine if the student is merely wanting to learn boxing for business, pleasure, or fitness conditioning. Then after a few sessions, I set down with the student to discuss their dreams and determinations, and conclude with my assessment.
Worked with Children under Alternative Boxing Counseling, "ABC'S OF Boxing". Dealt with with Behavioral disabilities concerning a classroom setting.
