About Anthony
Founded by 82nd Airborne Iraqi veteran your training will be fun exciting and challenging! Comprehensive nutrition, life coaching AND personal training rolled in to one! Making sure you succeed spiritually and mentally are the added benefits of succeeding physically! It's exciting to be apart of that journey and we are blessed to help you achieve any way we can! We work with ALL levels from never having worked out to professional athletes, injured or seasoned pro we will take you to the next level!
As a child I taught my sisters! Then I joined the military and it all materialized from there! It's always been a passion, inspired from God for me to help others get fittter and stronger
15 years personal training and group instruction

About the lesson

After an assessment or consultation we go through basic strength and conditioning
basic skill levels and acquiring familiarity with form
then drills for lessons learned
Then drills with acquiring new skill, strength and stamina or endurance.
basic workout duration is 45min to an hour
workout outline as follows;
