About Johnny
I've been boxing and coaching for a long time. Very familiar working with all kinds of people and all kinds of mentalities. Also, I love the sport and still engaged with it as a passion, not a job.
Seeing people have fun, discover new things about theirselves and their capabilities. Letting success come naturally and effortlessly.
Some coaches saw how I was teaching my friends and loved my way of breaking things down. They gave me keys to the gym which only helped me make friends with other coaches, fighters, and random people in and out of the gym.
Been boxing since 2004 throughout various gyms. Trained under many great trainers and alongside amateur and pro competition fighters.

I ask what they want to learn. I also see what they need. Ideally, the session is 50% what they want and 50% what they need.
Recreational boxers to serious competing amateurs and professionals. I also do some fitness clients from time to time....can be kids, male/female, really old. It's not about the student on paper but their chemistry with the trainer.
Try different trainer until you find one you like. Serious athletes with serious goals may need more than one.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Not important. Just get out there and have fun. Just do it.
