About Carthell
My name is Carthell Granison military All Army Boxer and former Golden Gloves Champion state of Hawaii. Georgia state Champion and Georgia State Games Champion. Several Golden Gloves and American Boxing Association championships during military career. Ranked #7 in the nation and 1987 Boxer.of the Year Knoxville, TN Golden Gloves
I love to see inspiring young men and women develop confidence and discipline? My goal is to teach you the fundamentals of boxing by training and studying the art? My belief is self-control, anger management, and sincere discipline transcends to our daily lives and success.
After I got out of the military I continued boxing in competitions. Some of my team-mates were being trained incorrectly and lacked the skills and fundamentals. I began to work with those individuals and it spiraled since then. Results of their success proved that I had the it factor!
I have been training and certified through USA Boxing as a registered coach and trainer. I am a professional and continue to expand my knowledge in the techniques and safety measures.

Introduction to the student in a informal interview! Get to know a little about the student. Explain what the process of my training regiment will be and sign waivers of health and liability.
I have worked with all type of students ranging from adults and high school students for their senior projects. Some wanted to box for competitions and some just to build confidence and overall health.
Be sure that the instructor is qualified and have experience in the sport of boxing. Has high morals and principles and willing to give you what it takes to succeed. Their ethical standard must be higher than your expectations.
I have been to several boxing events here in the Atlanta area and it was awesome!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What is the benefit to cost factor. Not talking about money but what a student will get out of this experience. Whether they are healthier, confident, and develop as sense of control.

Yes I love what I do with clients and students? My pricing is $30 a session at least twice a week for a 1.5 hr. I am reasonable and work with my clinets
