About AJ
Everyone of my students that I have trained for 4 plus years went off to college to play basketball. I'm very passionate and motivated to make my students great. My attention to detail is second to none and I accurately make my workouts to fit the student. So that your strengths will be stronger and you will no longer have weaknesses.
I played college basketball and pro basketball in Germany 🇩🇪! I also served in the United States Army for ten years.I boxed golden glove for 6 years. And I have a degree in Nursing and a personal training certificate.

Normally we texted and set up days and times and locations for training. I also train on the holidays as well and the weekends. Texting is the best way of communicating for me.
