About Geoffrey
We train eger individuals as if they were fighters,so they can gain the mental confidence of fighter while gaining the physical benefits and conditioning of a fighter.
Regardless of what level they are on
It's a lifestyle, vibe, and or energy I get from training, and conditioning people to the point of not seeing it as work.
I've had 218 AAU boxing matches,41 Kickboxing matches,11 MMA fights, and countless NAGA tournaments.So I think I know a little bit 😉
