About Michael
Fitness is my passion! I want to help people crush and meet every goal! In losing the weight they want or learning a new skill! Boxing 🥊 has been in my life for over a decade and I love everything about it! The mental focus, the endurance, and the heart you find for a craft! That’s what I do, I try to show clientele a craft/skill that is mentally a challenge and physically one of the best cardio workouts you can do to get into shape!
volunteer one day and loved it so I started teaching it!
I have been studying mixed martial arts and boxing for over a decade. I’ve been a certified person trainer for 9 years.

I will ask them what or if they have any physical limitations? So if I need to modify any workouts or movements! Will make sure they know right from left! Lol happens all time.
All types adults, teens, kids and physically disabled people mostly in wheelchairs.
If you love what you do and can teach what you love! Then it’s never work because it’s a passion your just passing to another!
I live any physical fitness class or outdoorsy trail hike or run!
