About Edgar
Incredibly motivating, detail oriented and determined to help you reach your fitness goals. Focused on building your foundation of strength to help you with any and all of your day to day tasks and/or specific athletic performance needs.
I love watching a new PR or when a client gets a 40 punch combination down. I love watching how a client mentally preps for the task at hand and how I can help motivate them through it. I love being a coach.
