About the lesson

All languages in which the lesson is available :
English
Start off with some stretching and a lite conditioning (ex. Push ups, squats, run in place etc.) very lightly to get blood flowing
then next step is to go over basic fundamentals of Boxing and/or Muay Thai + Hand Mitt work
lesson will be concluded with stretching, review of what was learned and maybe some wisdom if my intelligence is sufficient enough to teach you something new ... you will definitely learn boxing as best as I could teach you, you definitely will be capable of self defense
basic fundamentals and defense will always be the main course but of course the more advanced one gets the more we can do
Kids
make sure the trainer teaches you the number 1 rule “to hit and not get hit”
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
am I ready to improve myself? ..if it’s yes then put your mind to it
