About Chester
I am a highly experienced kinesiologist who earned a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. With a passion for sports and fitness, I have dedicated my career to helping athletes reach their full potential. I have worked with numerous Division 1 athletes, training them to improve their strength, speed, and agility. Despite my success with high-level athletes, I have a special interest in working with kids and helping them develop healthy habits early in life. As a teacher I enjoy coaching and mentoring young people, inspiring them to lead active and fulfilling lives.
As a kinesiologist and sports enthusiast, I enjoy training kids in sports for several reasons. Firstly, I understand the importance of physical activity for overall health and well-being, and believe that introducing kids to sports at a young age can help them develop healthy habits that will benefit them throughout their lives. Additionally, I find working with kids to be rewarding and enjoyable, as I get to witness their progress and growth firsthand. I enjoy being able to teach and guide them as they learn new skills and develop their athletic abilities, and find it fulfilling to help them achieve their goals and build their confidence. Finally, I recognize that sports can teach kids valuable life skills such as teamwork, perseverance, and discipline, and I take pride in being able to help shape the next generation of athletes and leaders.
I started teaching in 2007 but I've been coaching since 2000 at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
