About Tien
I am a Amateur fighter with 15 years of combat sport experience. I make learning fun and easy. My goal is to help teach you the sport of boxing safely and to help you achieve your goal, whatever that may be.
To get physically fit
To practice a sport you love (boxing enthusiasts)
To learn how to protect and defend themselves
To build self confidence and self esteem
No matter what your goal is, my job is to help you acheive them.
Class consist of:
1/3 movement exercises
1/3 professional mitt work - power shots
1/3 professional mitt work - combinations.
I started teaching as a hobby. Teaching people who wanted to learn how to protect themselves, gain confidence, or wanted to lose weight.
I have over 15 years experience in combat sports. 3 years experience as a coach, teaching kids and adults of all ages and skill level. I am also an amatuer fighter.

Kids and adults of all ages with little or no experience.
A bad coach will do more harm than good. A bad coach will teach you all the wrong habits. Make sure to find a coach who has a lot of experience and knows what they are doing.

Great workout and techniques
Tien was able to show me the basic fundamentals of footwork and defense and was super patient with me. It’s really a science and although it’s challenging, it’s fun and you really appreciate the technique.
Coach Tien is a very motivating coach that provides help with not only fitness but confidents. I came in feeling very timid but he made me feel very welcoming and comfortable. I lost weight, gain strength, and had more energy. Definitely recommend!
