Self defense in martial arts have been a passion of mine for many years.

We use a situational approach. We take feedback from the students or clients which allows us to analyze what level of ability he or she has then we build on their strengths and encourage them through their learning process.
We work with students of all ages and specialize working with children and those who are less able. We have clients with alzheimer's, some who are blind, and we are trained to work with the elderly. The majority of our clients are children.
This is our expertise or situational approach helps guide the students towards an area of his best suited expertise and because we work with many of the dojo's in the Northbay we often guide them to the studio that best fits their needs and mentor them through the whole process of their learning experience.
