About Raymond
I'll start you by giving you the basic, like stretching, calisthenics, and running. How I have been taught in Yonkers New York. With a well know coach Jimmy from Port Chester New York. It has been over 20 years since I been in this sport. I have received trophies, but now I train to help anothers to achieve there expectations of higher power in a physical form. They just need to put effort in themselve to see results in there accomplishments for there goals in life. Ty
Showing the students that. In life there will always be a door that will try to hold them from accomplishing there goals. An in the same way. I'll teach them how to become teachers for others in need of accomplishments. That's what I enjoy doing, and what makes me happy. Thanks
