About Angelo
Boxing was our family bussiness and way of life. It was expected that we learn the art of boxing, and help those with less experince than us. A strong gym has many teachers and a great gym leader creates new teachers.
After my College football career was over I stayed and addtional season and coached as a Defensive assistant.
I come from a well known boxing family here in St. Louis, I grew in my grandfather boxing gym learning and training. My education in boxing is the best kind hands on and real life experinces. I also played college Football and coached one season at the college level as well.

I always begin by identifing the students goals. Then personaling our sessions to be sure they meet those goals. It is all about the student and what their goals are.
I have worked with students brand new to the sport and athletics in general. All the way up to those competeing at the college level.
Alays make sure you will be in a positive environment, and that your goals are being worked towards. Often time coaches have a cookie cutter program that does not fit all.
