About Mango
Hi, Champ! Glad you're here. With over 5 years as a boxing trainer and a former boxer myself from Keelys Boxing Gym in Washington DC, I'm excited to motivate, show, teach, and fine tune you in the art and styles of boxing. F
From amateur to pro. You'll gain knowledgeable skills and enough practice to begin sparring, and if you want to go harder, we will!
I love boxing: The mental toughness it provides, the strategic thinking with timing an patience. The drive to dig deep, and the exceptional physical conditioning that it does for your body as a whole. Ready!
I got started teaching as a fighter! Peers and youths in the gym always asked me to work with them, and that I did!

First things first. We will figure out what you know. If it's nothing. We'll start from there. If it's something, we'll start from there!
I've worked with a variety of students ages 8 & Up and of different backgrounds. I've also worked with young adults and teens. The adults I've worked with have shown to enjoy learning and using boxing for fitness. All are great!
If you're looking to hire a teacher. Get one that understands the patience it takes, that will motivate you, and work with your strengths.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should consider if Boxing is something they want to be serious about, or something they want to use for physical fitness, and or something they just wish to know the fundamentals which may relate to another sport
