About Shawni
I am founder and creator of JEB Boxercise. I created my program after retiring as WBF middle weight world champion. I desire to help people be fit while enjoying the workout. I provide a unique cardio workout that incorporates boxing moves. We provide athletes speed and conditioning training through reaction as well as men, women and kids boxing moves while burning a lot of calories.
i am the creator and only trainer.
i am a former WBF middle weight champion of the world. I won the title after much training, conditioning and hard work. Who better to train you in Boxercise than a boxer!
