About David
I have been training and teaching boxing for the last 7 years. I can teach you to fight or I can whip you into shape. Whatever your goals we can reach them. I focus on technique as well as cardio. I try to develop and keep an intense pace to burn calories as well as to give you opponent hell inside of the ring.
I enjoy teaching and helping people and to teach someone how to properly defend themselves benefits me and the client.
I have been boxing for about 15 years. I've competed in the semi-finals of the golden gloves twice, the finals of the metropolitan boxing tournament and i've sparred with a countless number of top amateur and professional boxers. Your'e in good hands.
