About Christopher
Whether a person wants to learn the sport aspect of boxing or just want to use boxing for fitness, it is one of the most remarkable ways to get in shape. From coordination to speed and agility and everything in between, you can use boxing as a way to build a stronger and leaner physique. It takes time and discipline but if you stick to it, you will learn how to deal with all of life’s adversity.
I am 2 time National Champion in the sport of Muay Thai, in addition I am an Ace certified MMA conditioning coach. I started my fighting career in the United States Marine Corps in 1998 and have been teaching Boxing and Kickboxing for almost 20 years.
I would love nothing more than to get you started!!
