About Allison
I have a degree in Nutrition with a minor in Chemistry and working toward a Masters in Food Science with a focus in biotechnology. I have coached the Forensics event for Science Olympiad as well as have coursework in Forensic Toxicology and have taken multiple cell molecular/ microbiology/ biochemistry courses. I have also worked with endogenous CRISPR systems in bacteria in a full time lab setting for a year.
Appalachian State: BS Nutrition, minor in chemistry, probiotic/ microbiome research
NC State: Working toward a Masters of Food Science, focus in Biotechnology, CRISPR research
