About Baiyu
I started to teach clarinet in 2016. I have been serving as the wind ensemble instructor for middle and high schools. Such as the clarinet instructor of the Zhuhai Youth Symphony Orchestra. During my undergraduate and graduate studies, I participated in many chamber music performances, and as one of the initiators formed a clarinet ensemble. After fourteen years of professional clarinet study and more than five years of teaching experience.
The age of the students I had teach ranges from elementary school to students participating in Audition. I understand the conditions you set for the person who hires the position. I also enjoy passing on what I have learned over the years to this kids. When I am an educator, the sense of achievement I get from it is completely different from being a performer. I really enjoy when I am coaching students. When I teach them the clarinet, it often reminds me of those scenes when I first started learning the instrument. Therefore, in teaching, I clearly know how to guide students. So I will be very patient in the beginner stage to guide the children to love this instrument. Because in my concept, I always think that interest is the best teacher. But this does not mean that I will slacken my demands on them. Everything is difficult at the beginning. I hope that under my guidance, the students I teach can have a good playing habit and style. This will be of great help to their future performance.
