About Jennah
I am a senior in high school and have been playing clarinet for 8 years. I love helping people grow in music and show the benifits of playing. I have made 2 separate honor bands based out of Texas (Centex- 3 times and ATSSB - once). Me and 3 other ladies advanced to state in Solo and Ensemble for quartet. I was First chair throughout school and section leadership and was a part of leadership. I was a part of Marching Band for 3 years. ~ I say was because i just recently moved to Minnesota and doing remote school and college.
I would help freshman and middle school kids having troubles.
I learned from high schools bf middle school band and a few college professors during honor bands. I was working with a private instructor until covid.

Starting with what they know, and continue forward from there.
Process- 1)Each sections name 2) how to clean your instrument. 3) How to place reed on mouth piece. 4) how to make sound with only mouth peice. 5) How to put instrument together. 6) Start with simple note 7) Practice with scales and learn few lines of music each practice. ( I will focus on how they play and show breathing techniques and have them practice on problematic measures and how to practice them and show my own secrets while playing.)
High school ages to 5th grade
Look for trust with that teacher, not everyone has to have a degree to be professional.
