About Paul
I have an MS degree in computer science and have had a distinguished career in software engineering. I've also taught AP CS A and Principles for three years, with very good student test results. Anything to do with computer science or programming, I can probably help you, and I can help you to not just get the right solution, but to learn how to think like a programmer.
I've taken math classes through four semesters of calculus. I also have a strong foundation in writing and language, as well as BA in Journalism. This combination of skills allows me to score very well on standardized tests. If you need help getting ready for the SAT or ACT, please get in touch.
My experience includes 12 years of teaching -- 6 as a professional programming teacher, and 6 as a classroom volunteer in local schools -- including quite a lot of 1:1 tutoring.
