About Alex
I'm a lifelong dancer (started in 2005) and have taught, competed and performed around the world. I've toured extensively in Europe and The States.
I've been helping personal training clients get back to their bodies since 2019, and am certified in Animal Flow, Functional Range Conditioning and Floor Flow.
