I would love to help you discover your rythm and personal style! Let's set your dance goal together and have fun while you get there.
Dance is for everyone! I love sharing my passion and knowledge with others. From moving the head to your favorite beat to performing a complex routine, dance can transform your life in so many beneficial ways, it's a therapy for the soul, a workout for your body and a challenge for your mind.
I started teaching in 2013. In a dance academy while also being part of a dance company myself. Since day one I knew it was going to be one of the best challenges in my career.

I start by asking a few simple questions and making a body assesment to see where we can start and where do we want to go.
I have experience with toddlers, kids, teenagers and adults.

I booked a few lessons with Betsy before moving out of NYC and it was always a beautiful experience, even though it was in my tiny apartment, she managed to adapt the class for the space, it was 30 min of stretch and 30 min of Latin dance, absolutely loved it.
