About Heather
I am an Advanced S Factor Teacher, Certified in Pole and Pole Silks. I have extensive teaching experience with embodied sensual movement, heels, flexibility, chair, spinner, etc. through my 4 years teaching/choreographing and performing at Extend Fitness Studio in Dallas. I also was a finalist in Miss Texas Pole Star and won Level 4 Entertainment Division with Pole Sport Organization. I am also a classically trained dancer, certified with the TEA in dance, am a Diva Dance Instructor and Dancing For Birth™ Trainer.
