I'm Jessica Phoenix the Body Temple Love Coach.
ACE Certified Fitness Instructor
Certified Meditation Instructor
Newly Certified Yoga Instructor
And Choreographer, Dance Instructor & Movement Healing Specialist
I have been teaching for 15 years, working with clients in group settings and private sessions. Clients both young, beginner, adult, Senior & experienced.
2006- My testimony surviving a severe car accident and the road to recovery from a shattered Pelvis and broken jaw has Empowered, Inspired, & Transformed me. I have a deep understanding of the Body, personal pain, overcoming obstacles, and self healing.
My love for Movement, Dance, Culture, Health and Wellness goes above and beyond. My career has evolved from a performer on tour with iLuminate and the Universoul Circus to artistic director/ of my Dance Theater production in NYC to developing a national Women's Dance Fitness brand to bringing Wellness experiences to mental care, senior care, drug/rehab facilities, women's retreats, and diverse communities.
I entered the Virtual space in 2018 and have been consistently offering dynamic programming online and on demand.
Most recently my Yoga and Meditation certifications have opened more opportunities to spread love.
And in 2020 I also have begun creating and selling FIYAH Culture and Wellness products like Waistbeads, Yoga Mats, floral sage, and apparel.
I love helping people transform and commit to long-lasting vibrant healthy lives.
And if anything that 2006 car accident taught me was to never hold back, dim your light, or limit your Rising potential.

I took my first class with Jessica over 10 years ago and have been hooked ever since. She is that rare instructor who teaches history to go along with the dance moves she teaches.
