About Ben
My Name is Ben Blevins, I am a 23 year old professional dancer from Kingsport, TN. I got my introduction into the performing arts at the young age of 12 where I began performing in Musicals and dancing in Hip hop, Tap, and Contemporary styles. Since then I have been able to work and perform with artists such as Toby Mac, DC Young Fly, Waka Flocka, Thomas Rhett, Luke Brian, and Koryn Hawthorne. Throughout my teaching career I've been able to teach at Vanderbilt University as a Hip Hop & Contemporary teacher, and at Millenium Dance Complex in Nashville, TN. I've also had the pleasure of working on The CW T.V. series, Legacies. My passion for teaching has been strong since I first began instructing at age 16. My goal is to educate, encourage my students to work hard, & to make such each classroom setting is a fun one.

What I enjoy about teaching dance is the joy on a student's face when they truly learn something new. Seeing confidence build in my students is amazing to witness because it truly lets me know what I am passionate about is bigger than me. Also, even though I usually play the role as the instructor, I am contantly learning alongside my students each time I teach.
