About Gabriel
We are committed to teaching social dance classes that are FUN and EASY for every student who passes through our doors. After twenty years and hundreds of 5-star reviews and thousands of satisfied students, we think we've earned the right to brag a little about our award-winning teaching methods. Ananda is an ancient Sanskrit word that means "joy" or "bliss" and it is the reason we put the joy of dancing right in our name. And it is the reason our business tagline is, Dance Your Bliss!
The best thing about what we do is sharing the love of dance with our Denver/Boulder/Evergreen community. We often quote the greatest social dancer of all time, Mr. Fred Astaire, who said, "Some people seem to think good dancers are born, but all the good dancers I know have been taught or trained." No matter what your level or natural ability, we're pretty confident we can teach you how to dance and feel good while you're doing it!

When students call we ask what their past experience is with dance classes, if any. We also want to know if they are wanting lessons simply to become confident and comfortable on the dance floor or, is there a special event such as a wedding, cruise, or other occasion where they will be dancing. Finally, we ask what style of dancing the students are interested in learning. We teach all of the partnership/social dances, such as Ballroom, Latin, Salsa & Bachata, all of the Swing styles such as East Coast, West Coast, Lindy Hop and Jitterbug, Country & Western, Argentine Tango and more! Finally, we talk about cost and the best lesson packages the student should purchase to begin working towards their dancing goals. We have a flexible teaching schedule and can accomadate most schedules by offering lessons throughout the week and on most weekends as well.
