About Alexandra
Hi, my name is Alexandra. I am a fitness instructor with a commercial dance background and am also a professional singer, recording artist, actor, model and energy healer. I hold an advanced yoga certification, a mat Pilates certification, numerous national dance titles, as well as a Reiki Level 2 certification.?My passion is empowering others through movement, spirituality, and creative expression. My approach to teaching is intuitive yet structured, and I draw on my diverse professional and personal experiences to guide my clients toward their goals. I work with all ages, skill levels and abilities, and honor each person‘s unique gifts through tailored lesson plans designed to support their growth. My exercises are highly effective, and individuals can track their progress with the comprehensive tools I offer. Whether it’s learning a brand new skill, developing your technique, building portfolio material, exploring creativity, gaining strength, flexibility, or mobility, deepening or expanding your spiritual practice, I am happily prepared and honored to meet you where you’re at and journey with you to the next level of your being!
