About Carmela
I've been painting as long as I can remember and I love sharing my knowledge of art with others who are just as passionate and curious.
I was a paint and wine teacher, taught kids art at Drawn2Art, and was a chalk artist for a grocery store.
Studied Illustration at California College of the Arts and is currently a full time artist.
I love getting to know my students and what they're interested in drawing.
I started teaching when I was in middle school at an art camp. In high school I started 'The Fine Arts Club' where I provided lessons and projects for other students.
My dad was an animator at Pixar so I had a lot of at home training. I studied Illustration at California College of Arts and I taught at Drawn2Art.
