About Minako
I love creating art that gives me a sense of meaning and want to be able to either give that same sense of fulfillment to others I tutor OR help them sharpen skills to make their work complete.
I have helped other students and younger kids learn or study certain subjects. I just want to give whatever knowledge I have to others that don't have it.
I have college-level experience and am currently working to pursue art professionally.

I first sign up for an Introduction session to solely find out what they precisely want to improve or learn then I ask questions to find out how experienced he/she is in the demanded medium.
Next, the continued sessions after the Intro are about satisfying that goal until he/she feels that the objective is met or learned.
Unofficially, I have worked both in small groups and individually. While my teaching method may be slightly different between the size groups, the curriculum discussed remains the same.
While it is important to read the bio of the tutor you are looking to hire, make sure you sign up and introduce yourself knowing a clear objective or goal when you schedule sessions.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
The duration of the tutoring, if unscheduled sessions may be needed, how expansive the subject, and suggestion for me to hear to make the sessions more effective.

Details
I generally rate $15 per hour but if the cost is per session I normally rate $30-40 (highly depending on the subject). For example if learning how to draw successfully, it may be more. If it's learning a simple drawing technique or trick, then it is $30 per session.
