About Shannon
I am currently an upcoming sophomore at Skidmore College getting my degree in Social Work. I am free this summer for at-home tutoring.
I am available nearly every day of the week, and my schedule is very flexible.
I understand what it's like to struggle with grades, especially considering the pandemic we are in right now. I want school and homework to be as painless as possible. I love kids and I love teaching (I am getting a minor in Education Studies).

I do like to get to know the student so I'm not a faceless tutor to them. This will also foster a relationship that will make it easier to communicate, explain problems, and solve for answers. It's less frustrating for a student to be taught by someone who relates to them in a generational way, too.

I am very flexible on pricing. I'm not tutoring necessarily for the money, but the experience and time. I do charge an hourly rate beginning at $15 - $20 per hour. Again, I am more than willing to negotiate for whatever price best suits you.
