About Joey
Hi everyone :)
My name is Joey DaSilva, I am recent college graduate looking to help your student succeed in their academic and personal life! I first began tutoring when I was in high school myself. While my specialties are in, English, Science, Math, and Career studies, I believe a tutor's main focus to empower and motivate their students to become the best version of themselves. Whether that's homework help, college applications, or simply being a study-buddy, I'd love to help your student.
Why am I on this website?
Great question - I left my post-gradute job in B2B sales to start my own online logistics company. That being said, I have open availabilty and a drive to help.

When your student I first meet, we will get to know each other by sharing our general intrests, goals for the future, and prefrences in an educational relationship (I have none, but want your student to feel comfortable). My goal is for your student to view and respect me as a helpful friend/mentor, rather than an authority figure. I believe setting this strong foundation for an educational relathionship offers the most oppritunioty for successful feedback, strategy implementation, and overall lifestyle changes.
