About Christopher
I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors of Arts in International Relations and Global Studies. I know how to write critically, creatively, and academically. I written and conducted research for the National Defense University's (based in Washington, DC.
I love helping students write personal statements and college essays - something that I have significant experience in.
I love being able to help reduce the ambiguity of the college admissions process - specifically pertaining to essays. I know its difficult and stressful time and I aim to share as much knowledge as I can.
I've have been writing essays and personel statements my entire college career! I know what the schools like the Univeristy of Texas at Austin WANT to hear. I know how to write essays that specfically cater to both highlighting the students strengths that SHOW not TELL WHY the student will be a great fit at your chosen university.

For college admission essays, I first read them out-loud to the student section by section stopping frequently to allow the student to make notes. From there, we refine the essay with anecdotal experiences, active voice, and strong conclusions that highlight how the student can prove they will be a CONTRIBUTION to the university they are applying to.

Timeline and Pricing: I charge $45 per 1 hour session. I find that the best essays are written over the course of several weeks and 2-3 sessions.
