About Jennifer
I have six years of experience as an elementary school teacher. During my time as a teacher, I have tutored both individual students and groups of students on a weekly basis.
I also completed my Master's degree in educational leadership and hold a K-12 Principal certification. This course of study has given me the skills to analyze student performance and to set goals, and track data for student growth.

When beginning with a new student, I will first meet with you to discuss your goals for your student and areas for growth. I will then come up with a plan of learning to address your students specific needs. A typical 1 hour lesson will consist of content introduction, direct teaching, modeled practice, and games to practice the concept. The lesson will conclude with an exit ticket. The exit ticket will be a practice exercise on which the student can show mastery.
