About Samantha
I am a licensed Speech Language Pathologist with experience working with early intervention, CPSE and elementary and high school students. I am ASHA certified with my Certificate of Clinical Competence.
I have a lot of teletherapy experience and training which enables me to provide quality services through Zoom, Google Meets and more. My sessions are interactive and I send carry over material for in between sessions. I can provide extra help with any speech and language skills necessary for academic success (I.e. articulation, social skills, reading comprehension, following directions, answering questions, reading...etc) I am open to eventually transitioning to meeting in person.
I love engaging with the families to help carry over any goals we are working on. I am able to provide different strategies individualized to your child's needs to help them reach their goals.
I have always worked with kids from baby sitting to working in an after school program helping with homework as I went to college to complete my masters.

I typically like to do an assessment to have a starting point of where the student is and identify any areas of weakness. I also take time to get to know the students strengths and things they enjoy so I can make sessions fun and provide rewards they will work for.
