About Ryann
My name is Ryann S. I am a student at Bowie State University in Bowie, Maryland, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Banking and Finance. I graduated from high school in 2016 and was an honor and AP student. In 9th grade, I was formally accepted into my high school’s AP choice program and was a member for the entirety of my high school career. For meeting the requirements of the program, I was awarded a scholar’s diploma upon graduating. I received scholarships to college for my academic performance and, attended Barry University for a year and a half. I also come from a family of educators (my father being a teacher for the last 20 years and my mother has a master’s degree in education which she used to train teachers). and their passions have been passed on to me.
I pride myself on being relatable and willing to improvise. I am also very willing to break things down as much as necessary until you understand them.
I prioritize being flexible and relatable. I know that seeing a friendly face can make learning a lot easier. I've worked with elementary students, high school students, and adult learners.
