About Lauren
I am Special Education major at the University of Georgia, entering my senior year in fall 2021. I have student teaching experience in K-12 with a diverse demographic of students from various counties in Georgia. I also have specialized education in explicit reading and writing instruction too.
I am passionate about teaching students and watching them grow academically.
I am currently working towards both my bachelor's (May 2022) and my master's (December 2022) degree from the University of Georgia, in the field of Special Education. I am also working towards earning a masters certificate in Dyslexia Education.

I have worked with various students from different backgrounds and differwnt demographics. I have student taught in K-12, in various counties across Georgia. I have worked with student with various disabilities, as well as students without disabilities in a general education setting.
