I try to find out what interests they have. Then what problems they're coming across in their subjects. And then I try to find an intersection, because learning should be fun, and anyone can improve no matter where they are starting from.
I have experience working with students in Preschool, K-12, and Exceptional, or students with disabilities/learning disabilities.
