About LaShae
I think the key to learning is that it should be fun and relatable. Some of my tactics for learning new materials would be acronyms, relating concepts to personal experiences for enhanced familarity as well as interactive exercises to spark brain activity. Everyones learning level is different so my patience is one of my strong suits.
I absolutley love when my tutees are feeling confident about the work they are submitting. I strive to have my tutees know their studies like the back of their hands. Seeing my tutees excel is all the reward I need !
I am TEFL certified and I also have a Bachelors degree from New York State University the Fashion Insitute of Technology. I minored in Business Managment and majored in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing. My background lies heavily in English, Math and Cosmetic Chemistry.
I also train new on board hires at my job that I am still employed at part time; making me very thorough and reliable.

It is very important that I first see where the student is at. I will need to review recent work from them to get an idea of their skill level. Next we will lay out some goals together and break them down into mini projects that are cohesive with the students schedule.
