About Aditya
I love to engage students in a process of discovery, so that students learn the fundamental concepts and their applications, while also getting their work done. In addition, as a visual learner myself, I make heavy use of diagrams and images while explaining concepts. This has proved useful for helping students grasp difficult concepts. With my service, I am excited to help students with their school assignments, edit essays and provide writing consultation, and guide students to understanding core concepts taught in school. I teach college-level English grammar and literature, world history, and social sciences.
In the past, I have served as a library tutor at my high school's HUB library, where I assisted students in the subjects of math, English, Spanish, and chemistry. I have also assisted a number of family-associated students with these subjects. I have a passion for teaching and helping people achieve their goals. Nothing makes me happier than to see someone achieve their fullest desires as a result of their own hard work.
- I am a student at UC San Diego working toward a double degree in Political Science and Urban Studies and Planning.
- I received my high school diploma from Dublin High School in May 2021.
- I received a score of 35 on the ACT (36 on English and 35 in Math)
- I received a score of 5 on the AP European History, AP English and AP Spanish exams, and have passed all three courses with grades of A
- I have also completed AP Chemistry, AP Calculus AB, AP English Literature, and AP US Government
- I have completed PLTW Intro to Engineering, PLTW Principles of Engineering, PLTW Computer Integrated Manufacturing, and PLTW Digital Electronics. Details about my work can be found at (concealed information) I have a certification in Autodesk Inventor and a certification from the Dublin Engineering and Design Academy.
