About Tracy
I am a licensed social worker, as well ia am a writer. I am a published author. I am also a substutude teacher and a motivational speaker. I have been working with youth and familes since 1997 as a mental health therapist to assist who is able to identify my client's needs to help them overcome emotional problems and help them cope with difficult situations to they can achieve social and emotional success.
I enjoy working with diverse cultural backgrounds and helping them develop courage in whatever area that they are fearful. It may be writing, speaking, or comprehending a difficult concept. I enjoy beint patient and waiting for the clients I work with to express themselves when they are ready.

I do as much visual work as possible for ESL students, so I would write on the board whenever possible.
I would also show a lot of pictures. I would also model the steps of a process and show stuents how a finsihed assginment will look.
I also have a lot of patience, so there is no need to feel pressure to talk or share.
