About Xiaodan
I've been deeply passionate in English and history since high school. Although I'm ethnically Chinese, I have lived in English speaking countries for my whole life (including 6 years in the United States)
Having tutored students in English and History since high school, I came to see how my passion in the humanities best serve students' academic needs.
Now as a history major at the University of Wisconsin Madison (ranked 42nd in national universities and ranked 25th worldwide by the Center of World University Rankings), I aspire to continue my work of helping students suceed in high school and beyond.

I started teaching since I was a high school student all the way till my collegiate years. I really enjoy English and History and love seeing students who want to learn.
I took AP US History and AP European History and both scored a 5 in high school. I am now a history major undergraduate student at the University of Wisconsin Madison.

I have mostly worked with middle and high school students. Some of them are native English speakers and some aren't.
