About Samantha
I am a reading specialist working at a wonderful school district in Morris County. I have been teaching for 9 years. In that time, I have taught preschool, 3rd grade, and 5th grade. For the last 2 years I have worked as the reading specialist. I provide small group support to struggling readers in grades K-4.
I hold teaching certificates in early childhood education, elementary education, middle school English, special education, and as a reading specialist. I have tutored students in grades K through 8 in both math and reading. I am Orton Gillingham trained.
I would love to help support your child as we embark on a new school year with virtual or hybrid learning. I look forward to hearing from you!
I have an undergraduate degree in psychology and education from Drew University. I have a master'a degree in literacy from William Paterson University. I am Orton Gillingham trained. I have been teaching and tutoring for 9 years.
