I go by the collaborative approach method of teaching which means that both the the learner and the teacher c-construct meaning of lessons. So this approach benefits both teacher and learner as it develops diverse technique of knowledge acquisition, application and transfer of knowledge.
This method builds:

- Unity for the group
- Ability of expression for each learner
- Socialization and cooperation among learners
