About Allie
I have been an elementary educator for six years, hold a Masters Degree in Elementary Education and a Class A Professional Teaching Certificate. I have experience teaching both gifted and struggling students.
Most of my exprience lies in 3rd and 4th grade, but I am open to tutoring all ages.
When I was in high school, I worked at a child development center during the summers. My time there showed me how inspiring it can be to work with children.
I have been an elementary educator for six years with experience in PreK, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th. My expertise is in 3rd grade as that is where I taught on my own for four years.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary & Early Childhood Education and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education.

When I am working with a new student, I strive to see and understand them as a whole child. First, I like to get to know my students on a personal level and develop a meaningful relationship. Second, I inquire and learn about my student's learning style(s). Lastly, I make sure that both my student and his/her family are made aware of all expectations.
I have worked with students of many levels and abilities including gifted/enrichment students, students with ADHD/ADD, and students with behavioral issues.
